Single-Ply Roof Systems

Single-Ply roof systems are one of the most widely specified roof systems based on performance and initial installation cost.  Your most common single-ply roof systems are TPO, PVC, and EPDM.  Single-ply roof systems are just that, one-ply, heat welded to provide a waterproofing layer.   They can be fully adhered to the roof, however, the most common installation method is by mechanically fastening the material.  Most single-ply roof systems can provide an energy-efficient cool roof.   Single-ply roofing systems are very economical to install and provide minimal disruption.
